LCA is like no other school in Lawrence, MA. We are the only school in Lawrence that begins with a Nursery program (age 3), and provides a strong, faith-filled, continuous learning environment through grade 8. Students who leave LCA as 8th graders are prepared to enter selective, academically-challenging high schools, and succeed in their college preparatory schedules.

Our tuition rate is currently set at $4,425. Our cost to educate each child is over $7,000. Eighty-seven percent of our families receive financial aid in order to attend and to benefit from this experience. All of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. We are meeting the needs of our community and we need your help in order to do it.

Ways of Giving
The LCA Annual Fund
Lawrence Catholic Academy’s Annual Fund plays a prominent role in advancing the mission of the school by supporting the Academy’s operating budget. The Academy’s Annual Fund is a major way Catholic school graduates, family members, and friends provide direct financial support to the school. These unrestricted gifts are an essential supplement to tuition income, giving the Academy the necessary resources to offer students the best possible educational experience. To achieve our goals and bridge the gap between affordable tuition and the actual per pupil cost of educating our students, we depend on support from the community-at-large. These gifts are an investment in the future and an opportunity to contribute to the strength and richness of a Catholic school education.
Matching Gifts
Many companies have matching gift programs so you can double and sometimes triple your impact for LCA. Please contact your employer’s Human Resource Department for more information on how you can increase your gift to the Academy.
Planned Giving & Bequests
Include Lawrence Catholic Academy in your financial and estate planning. Federal income, estate, and gift tax laws encourage charitable giving by allowing substantial deductions. Please contact the Director of Advancement for more information.
Gifts of Appreciated Securities
By donating appreciated securities, you may be able to avoid capital gains taxes on the difference between the price you paid for the securities and their current market value as of the date of the gift is made. Always check with your financial advisor prior to making a gift of securities.

Capital Campaign
The leaders of Lawrence Catholic Academy are dedicated to long-term planning for our school. That includes providing the very best learning facilities for our children for many generations to come!
The Campaign for Lawrence Catholic Academy has raised $28 million towards its $30 million goal. The Groundbreaking for the new building occurred on March 4, 2024.
